Leadership Greater Galesburg workshops for our Leadership Class focus on helping the students learn leadership capacities in line with the mission and vision of our organization. Each workshop builds upon one another and each workshop provides many interactive activities to help the class learn, understand, and use the information they have been presented with. The Leadership Greater Galesburg program is unique compared to many other leadership programs in that we do not rely on local leadership and facilitators for our program. We bring in well-known, experienced workshop facilitators from all over the United States to present information in our workshops and supplement those workshops with information from “home grown talent” which has a particular expertise or slant on the topic. Leadership means teaching leaders, who teach leaders, who teach leaders, and we try to exemplify that with our outstanding programs.
