Wow 'Em  in YOUR Business!

Wow 'Em is a project that some of the participants of Leadership Greater Galesburg - Class XI elected to be involved with as their class project.

Supporters & Sponsors of this project include Leadership Greater Galesburg Board of Directors, Leadership Greater Galesburg Alumni, University of Illinois Extension, Galesburg Area Chamber of Commerce and The Convention & Visitors Bureau, WGIL, FM 95, The LASER, 105.3 KFM, The City of Galesburg, The Register Mail, GREDA (Galesburg Regional Economic Development Assn.), and The Galesburg Downtown Council.

The dedicated mission of this group is to enhance customer satisfaction in our communities.

This FREE front-line staff training is designed to help businesses elicit positive comments like “WOW” from your customers about the service they receive in your business, office, or agency. What customers think, feel and say about the service they receive while patronizing our community businesses reflects what those customers think, feel and say about our community as a whole.

The Goals and Objectives of this Program are to:

• Encourage Business & Community Involvement
• Raise Awareness of the Need for BETTER Customer Service
• Provide Training and Materials
• Continue Education
• Provide Recognition to the Participating Businesses
• Gather Program Feedback
• Establish an Ongoing Area Wide Campaign
